Bo Buescher

Bo Buescher serves as the Director of Construction and Operations at Tejon Treating and Carbon Solutions, LLC since March 2023. Previously, Bo held the position of Director of Construction at Delek Logistics Partners from June 2022 to March 2025 and worked as a Construction Manager for 3 Bear Energy between September 2017 and June 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Inspector at STS Consultants from August 2013 to September 2017, Construction Foreman at Pioneer Natural Resources Company for a year, and Facility Inspector at Access Midstream for six months in early 2013. Bo Buescher earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Sciences from Arkansas State University, completing studies from 2001 to 2006.
