Erik Merkow

Erik Merkow has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Erik is currently the Market Engagement Vice President at Tek Experts, where they are responsible for capturing market engagement and forging relationships with clients. Prior to this, Erik held the role of Vice President of Partnerships at 7 Wonders Cinema, where they worked with a full-service production team. Erik also served as the Vice President of Enterprise Sales at CreatorUp, specializing in sales.

Before that, Erik founded and served as CEO of AZ Food & Wine, a stand-alone media platform focused on food, wine, and mixology related content in the Arizona market. Erik has also held leadership positions at Goldwater Institute, where they served as the Vice President of Corporate Development and Communications Program Director, and Insight, where they worked as a Pac West Enterprise Sales Manager.

Earlier in their career, Erik held the position of Vice President of Sales and Digital Strategy at Rebel Magazine LLC and Vice President of Sales at 944 Magazine. Erik also worked as a Sales Manager at Monster and a Program Director at Direct Aliance, where they managed sales teams and budgets. Overall, Erik has a wealth of experience in sales, partnerships, enterprise sales, and market engagement.

From 1987 to 1990, Erik Merkow attended Arizona State University, where they studied Business and Photo Journalism. In 2020, they obtained a certification from ASU GSV Summit called ASU GSV Virtual Summit 2020.
