Max Inglis

Max Inglis is the current General Counsel at Tekcapital Plc. Prior to this, they held the position of Legal Director at Monzo Bank from June 2018 to March 2020. Before that, they were with Stealth Projects, Talentful, and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Max also worked as an associate at Clifford Chance LLP from May 2005 to January 2011.

Max has significant experience in carbon credit derivatives, leverage finance, private mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate restructurings (solvent and insolvent), and all general corporate transactions. Max has also managed several European jurisdictional banking transactions and has advised on the initial project financing and the subsequent transaction management on numerous projects valued in excess of EUR 300 million for Credit Suisse in respect of the South American, Eurasian and Asian region.

Max holds a law degree from the University of Oxford.

Max Inglis has an EMBA from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. Max also has a diploma in French from Université Grenoble. Max has completed the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme at the Saïd Business School, as well as the EU GDPR Practitioner and Foundation Qualifications from IT Governance, Risk & Compliance. Additionally, they have taken courses on Entrepreneurial Negotiations from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Investment Management and Financial Analysis from the CFA Institute, UK.
