Bayram Tekçe

Bayram Tekçe is a prominent figure in the real estate sector of Turkey, serving as Co-Founder of Shark Instruments since July 2018, and as Founder and Chairman of both TEKCE ® and Antalya Homes ® since July 2004, leading a successful real estate agency that operates in nine languages. Additionally, Bayram Tekçe is the Founder and Chairman of Tekce Exclusive, established in November 2018, which focuses on project sales with a professional team. Bayram Tekçe's leadership extends to GİGDER, where tenure as Chairman of the Board and Vice Chairman of the Board has been noted since January 2020, and Apenin, founded in January 2022. Bayram Tekçe also founded Emsal.com in April 2022 and previously chaired a committee at GYODER from July 2018 to December 2021, which is the Turkish Real Estate and Real Estate Investment Trusts Association. Bayram Tekçe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Language from Ankara University, completed between 1992 and 1996, and graduated from Kdz. Ereğli Anadolu Lisesi in 1991.
