Monalisa Biswal

Monalisa Biswal has been working in the Human Resources field since 2006. Monalisa began their career at Elsonic India Pvt Limited as a Human Resource Manager, where they were responsible for posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Monalisa also insured new employees received a copy of the employee manual and processed benefit enrollments and salary processing. In 2015, they worked as a Human Resources Administrative Consultant for Persistent (client IBM). In this role, they participated in discovery sessions to understand the requirements for IBM financial projects. In 2016, they became a Human Resources Manager for Neo Prism Solutions. Monalisa was responsible for helping the organization run smoothly, taking various responsibility ensuring every employee's issues and concerns were addressed. Finally, in 2019, they began their current role as a Senior Human Resource Manager for TekInvaderZ IT Consulting and Staffing, a rapidly growing IT consulting company with a revenue of 7 million dollars. Monalisa has been successful in helping the organization and leadership team achieve their goals, as well as effectively handling the recruitment process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
