Patricia De Santiago

Patricia De Santiago has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and management. Patricia is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Tekmetric since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as an HR Manager at Mowi from March 2018 to September 2021, where they oversaw human resources operations. Before joining Mowi, Patricia worked at Aim, LLC as the Senior Manager of HR Operations from 2011 to 2017, leading and directing people management functions. Patricia also has experience as a Case Manager/QMHP at Providence of Texas from June 2009 to September 2011, where they provided case management services and evaluated progress. Additionally, Patricia worked as an Admin Assistant at ARCHITEXAS from 1997 to 2007, contributing to the organization's success through administrative and office support activities.
