Farid Ghiam

Farid Ghiam is a seasoned professional in polymer and textiles engineering with extensive experience in product development and innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Development Engineer at Tekni-Plex, Inc. since May 2013, Ghiam has a proven track record of creating advanced film products capable of generating significant sales revenue. Prior experience includes a Research Associate role at Avery Dennison from April 2005 to August 2012, where Ghiam was pivotal in developing proprietary film products, and positions at Tredegar Film Products between August 1995 and August 2003, focusing on composite structures and commercially successful adhesive products. Ghiam holds a Master of Science in Polymer Engineering from The University of Akron and a Master of Science in Textiles from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
