Susie Bernholdt

Susie Bernholdt is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Talent Management at TekniPlex since June 2018, where the focus is on innovative solutions in material science and manufacturing for the Healthcare and Consumer Product markets. Before joining TekniPlex, Susie held the position of Director, Organization Development & Talent Acquisition at VWR from 2008 to 2018, leading global talent programs and managing a team to support 13,000 associates. Additional experience at VWR includes serving as Human Resources Director, partnering with senior executives and providing support to approximately 1,500 US associates. Susie began their career at ARAMARK, accumulating progressive HR experience in Training & Development and Talent Acquisition. Academic credentials include a BS in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
