Murat NERGİZ is an experienced executive with a strong background in corporate services, customer experience management, and product development within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager for both Corporate Services and Repair Operations as well as Technology and Performance at Teknofix since January 2021, Murat has held significant managerial roles at leading companies including Hedef Filo, Turk Telekom Group CBU, and Vodafone. With expertise in managing customer lifecycle processes, developing retention strategies, and launching innovative telecom products, Murat has successfully led initiatives such as Turkey's first fixed and mobile data bundled router and various convergence campaigns. Holding a BS in Computer Engineering from Istanbul University, an MBA from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi, and a PhD in Management from Beykent University, Murat combines technical expertise with advanced management skills to drive business performance and customer satisfaction.
