Innocent Gbaguidi's work experience includes various roles at different companies.

Starting in 2012, Innocent worked as a Public Relations Intern at Rogers TV. They then moved on to NP PROD in the same year, where they served as the Director of Communications and promotions.

In 2015, Innocent joined Millennium1 Solutions as a Customer Service representative.

In 2016, they joined TekSavvy Solutions Inc. and held two positions simultaneously - Head Of Customer Experience and Sales and Customer Service Representative.

In 2018, Innocent worked as the Director of Operations Management at AMAH MAGAZINE.

They then joined Elections Canada in 2019 as a Regional Support Network Specialist.

Finally, in 2020, Innocent joined Public Services and Procurement Canada as a Program Officer.

Innocent Gbaguidi obtained a Research Doctorate in Public Relations/Image Management from Collège La Cité from 2013 to 2015.
