Andy F. Stecher

Andy F. Stecher has over 30 years of experience in various roles in the finance and operations industry. Andy F. began their career in 1986 as the Director of Administration and Finance for Tulkoff Food Products, Inc. Andy F. then went on to become the Managing Director and CFO for Top Music International, GmbH in 1995. In 1998, they became the Director IPO Project (DAX) for Amadeus FiRe AG – Zeitarbeit, Personalvermittlung, Interim Management. In 1999, they became the Managing Director and CFO for HARTING. In 2008, they became the Vice President of Finance & Operations for RATIONAL AG. From 2010 to 2018, they were the Chief Executive Officer and President Americas for Plasmatreat. In 2018, they became the Chief Financial Officer for Pyrolyx USA, Inc. and a Partner for Abhayah, LLC. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer for Tekscape.

Andy F. Stecher has an extensive education history. Andy F. obtained an Abitur from Friedrichsgymnasium (Gymnasium Fridericianum) from 1973 to 1982. Andy F. then attended Business School Lemgo from 1982 to 1985, where they earned a Bankkaufmann (Certified Banker) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. From 1985 to 1986, they participated in the USA-Bundestag Exchange Program for Young Professionals at Kaplan College, where they studied Economics. Andy F. then attended DePaul University from 2002 to 2004, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Finally, they obtained an MBA in International Management and Finance from Benedictine University from 2005 to 2007. In addition, they obtained an SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2003.
