Kyle McCloskey, MSHR

Kyle McCloskey, MSHR has over 12 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Kyle began their career in 2008 as an Account Manager and Business Development at Aerotek, where they specialized in technical staffing for Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Geotechnical and Field Services, and Engineering & Sciences. In 2010, they began working as an Intelligence Recruiter at BAE Systems - Intelligence and Security. In 2012, they moved to CSRA Inc. as a Senior Recruiter, and then to Senior Manager Talent Acquisition. Finally, in 2015, they began working at TekStream Solutions as Senior Director of Recruiting Solutions, where they managed a team of over 40 employees and was responsible for leadership development, succession planning, business planning, organizational development, marketing strategies, and team building.

Kyle McCloskey obtained a BBA in International Business from James Madison University between 2004 and 2008. In 2013, they earned a Master of Science in Human Resources from Amberton University, specializing in Training and Development. Kyle also holds a certification from SHRM in Virtual Talent Acquisition: Creating Your Organization's Strategy.
