Ricardo McCollin, PMP, CSM, SSM

Ricardo McCollin, PMP, CSM, SSM, has a wealth of experience in the field of project management. Ricardo began their career in 1999 as a Consultant for Accenture, where they managed an upgrade effort focused on lowering total cost of ownership, leveraging new Siebel 7. 8 functionality and simplifying the application. Ricardo then moved on to Capgemini Consulting as a Senior Principal Consultant in 2006, followed by Perficient as a Lead Technical Consultant in 2008. In 2014, they joined Cox Media Group as a Scrum Master, where they served on a team responsible for successfully rolling out upgraded web and mobile user interfaces for over 50 radio stations. After that, they were a Project Manager for Serene Corporation from 2015 to 2016, where they partnered with clients in the manufacturing and real estate industries to successfully implement Oracle Sales Cloud software. In 2016, they moved on to NCR Corporation as a Product Owner, where they attended functional workshops with business stakeholders to discuss the key business processes and pain points in an effort to gather detailed requirements. Ricardo then joined Modis as a Senior Business Analyst in 2016, followed by TekStream Solutions as a Senior Scrum Master in 2022.
