She has led large enterprise transformations investing in the right technologies and processes to modernize the systems, infrastructure, and digital capabilities. Ms. Fisher is a dynamic leader of organizational development and change leadership. She believes and demonstrates that leading with a positive attitude is key to motivating action, increasing productivity, improving morale, and perpetuating a positive work culture. Ms. Fisher is responsible for the areas of Human Resources, Recruitment, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Quality, Security, Compliance, and Facilities.

Ms. Fisher also serves as the Chief Knowledge Officer, organizing, preserving, and distributing the company’s intellectual capital and overseeing internal training and knowledge sharing.
