Allison Maltese

Allison Maltese has been with TEKsystems since August 1997 and currently holds the position of Executive Director Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Allison leads a remote team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and University Relations Recruiters, managing the hiring process for various positions within the company. Allison has a background in psychology and education from Rutgers University, graduating in 1995. Throughout their career at TEKsystems, Allison has been involved in recruitment programs for diversity, veterans, and disabilities, along with campus recruiting and internship programs.
