John Chartier has extensive experience at TEKsystems, having served in various leadership roles since May 2007. Currently, as the Director of Business Operations, John leads the Austin, Texas market, having relocated there in 2016 to address a rapidly evolving marketplace. Prior to this position, John directed operations in Northeast Ohio after relocating in 2013 and was instrumental in coaching junior salespeople as a Regional Operations Manager in the Baltimore, DC, and Northern VA areas. Initially starting as a Technical Recruiter in Baltimore, John built a robust network of technical professionals and supported clients outside of government sectors during the tenure as an Account Manager in Washington, DC. John holds an education from James Madison University and Mount Saint Joseph High School.
