Natasha Serafim is an experienced Account Director at TEKsystems Global Services since January 2023, responsible for growing and managing high-value business accounts while addressing complex technology and talent challenges for global clients. Previously, Natasha served as Account Director and Senior Consultant at Allegis Group, where strategies for contract business in Zurich were developed. Natasha's career in recruitment began with The Stamford Group, leading a team focused on financial services positions, and continued through roles at Montreal Associates, Rec2Rec Search Ltd, BetRecruit, and International Language Communications, showcasing a strong background in talent acquisition and client relationship management. Natasha holds a GDL in Law from BPP Law School and a degree in Business Management from The University of Sheffield.
