Tamara Donoghue

Tamara Donoghue (Nipp) is a seasoned professional currently leading the Western Canadian Application Development Specialized Recruitment Team at TEKsystems since November 2017. With a strong focus on recruitment strategy and team dynamics, Tamara has also served as a Delivery Engagement Lead and Technical Recruiter within the organization. In parallel, since September 2022, Tamara has been the Office Manager at Donoghue Homes, a residential construction business. Prior coaching experience includes roles as a Lead Coach for Volleyball Canada and a Swim Coach at various clubs. Tamara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Human Resources from Simon Fraser University, completed in June 2017.
