Thu Mai

Thu Mai is a highly experienced Senior DBA Consultant at TEKsystems, with a career spanning over three decades in database administration and mainframe technical consultancy. Since August 2021, Thu Mai has been providing advanced DBA functions at TEKsystems, following a previous tenure as a Senior Technical Consultant and DBA. Prior experience includes significant roles at CGI, where Thu Mai supported various federal government departments and developed critical database management policies and procedures. Earlier positions at Public Works and Government Services Canada, IBM, and Human Resources Development Canada involved mainframe support and storage administration, showcasing a strong technical background in capacity planning and performance monitoring across multiple environments. Thu Mai holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
