Walter Cook IV

Walter Cook IV is an experienced Scrum Master currently employed at TEKsystems since October 2018. Before this role, Walter served as a Business Consultant and Scrum Master at UST Global, where significant contributions included guiding teams through the transition to Agile development and implementing risk mitigation plans. In addition to consulting, Walter owned Bastion Hobbies and Bits, where operational efficiency and process improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodology were prioritized. Previous experience includes an Operations Supervisor role at Iron Mountain and a Section Chief position in the US Army, where leadership and quality assurance were essential. Walter holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has obtained certifications in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma from New Horizons.
