Mariana Balbi

Mariana Balbi has a diverse work experience across various companies. Mariana is currently serving as the Head of HR at Equals 11 since May 2022. Before that, they worked as the Chief People Officer at Tekton Labs starting from April 2021. Prior to joining Tekton Labs, Mariana worked at Bilingual where they held multiple roles including Operations Manager from March 2020 to April 2021, HR Manager from June 2019 to February 2020, and HR Lead from November 2018 to June 2019. Their career began at AB INAC in 2011 where they worked as an Analista de Selección until May 2013.

Mariana Balbi has a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Human Resources from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Starting in 2020, they are currently pursuing a degree in End-of-life Duola from the University of Vermont.
