Dwayne Springfield

Dwayne Springfield is a seasoned software design engineer with extensive experience in systems architecture and operational support systems. Currently employed at Tektronix Communications since April 2013, Dwayne has previously held significant roles at Avaya from 2002 to February 2013, where responsibilities included leading a team of architects and analysts to develop complex operational support systems and establishing strategic architecture for service-oriented architectures. Dwayne's career began with Octel Network Services, where a notable achievement involved replacing a 14-year-old legacy system with a modern Java/J2EE-based solution, resulting in significant improvements in efficiency and reduced downtime. Dwayne holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of North Texas.
