Javier also held roles as Venture Lead at Fortive Innovation Studio and Pioneer Square Labs, guiding the development of new startups. As Senior Manager of Commercial and Customer Operations at Fluke Corporation, responsibilities included managing commercial transformation and leading a team to enhance customer success. Javier co-founded QUIVR AI, focusing on product strategy and execution after substantial experience in various leadership roles across technology and innovation sectors. Javier holds an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Universidad del País Vasco.
