Narasimha Paathrudu

Narasimha Paathrudu is an experienced Program Coordinator at TEKWISSEN ® since August 2021, specializing in sourcing and screening qualified candidates for various technical and functional roles across Europe and the UK. Previously, Narasimha served as a Jr. Program Coordinator at Aditya Birla Group from August 2019 to November 2020, focusing on recruiting, screening, and training new agents while analyzing performance and implementing action plans. Narasimha holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from CMR Institute Of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce from Andhra University, along with foundational education from Sri Medha "V" and Dr. K.K.R's Gowtham International School.
