Dean Schneidermann Gubbay

Dean Schneidermann Gubbay has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Nursing Sector Human Resources Manager at Tel Aviv Medical Center since April 2017, following a role as Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to this, Dean worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at RENUAR and as Recruitment Team Lead at Ortal Human Resources. Education includes ongoing doctoral studies in Organizational Behavior at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, supplemented by an MBA in HR and a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences, both from The College of Management Academic Studies.
