Solomon Dadia's work experience begins in 1995 at Kaplan Medical Center as an Orthopedic Surgery Residency Consultant until 2001. From 2002 to 2005, they worked at Tel Aviv Medical Center as an Orthopedic Oncology Senior Surgeon for their fellowship. In 2006, Dadia joined the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust as a Consultant Orthopaedic Oncology & Joint Arthroplasty. Solomon returned to Tel Aviv Medical Center in 2007, where they served as an Orthopedic Oncology Senior Surgeon until 2010 and later became the Orthopedic Oncology Clinics Director until 2013. In 2014, Dadia joined Imperial College London as a Research Associate in the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Surgery & Cancer. Currently, since 2016, they hold the positions of Head Of Surgical Innovation and 3D Printing Unit, Deputy Director of Orthopaedic Oncology Department, and Head of Surgical 3D Printing Lab at Tel Aviv Medical Center.

Solomon Dadia completed their Doctor of Medicine with Distinction degree from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 1986 and 1993.
