With a background in auditing and advisory at KPMG Israel, Eliran is an expert in the regulation of financial institutions and clearing houses. Eliran holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Economics from Bar-Ilan University.
