Keren Freund

Keren Freund is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Corporate Secretary at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange since January 2025. Prior to this role, Keren spent nearly a decade at Shufersal as In-House Counsel, where responsibilities included providing legal advice across multiple company divisions, managing corporate governance, and overseeing various organizational projects and agreements. Keren's expertise also extends to international negotiations and complex legal matters. Previous experience includes serving as Legal Counsel for BioLight Life Sciences Investments Israel Ltd. and MicroMedic Te, where Keren provided legal advice in corporate and securities law, as well as drafting a variety of commercial agreements. Keren's foundational legal training began at Goldfarb Seligman, encompassing roles from Legal Secretary to Lawyer. Academic qualifications include an LL.B. from Ono Academic College and a Master's degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University, along with a Bachelor's degree from The College of Management Academic Studies.
