Executive Vice President Head Of Clearing at Tel Aviv Stock Exchange

Orly Grinfeld has a strong background in risk management and financial services. Orly began their career at EY in 2001 where they served as a Senior Manager and Head of the Business Risks Department until 2009. Orly then moved on to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange where they held various leadership roles between 2010 and 2017. At the stock exchange, they served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Clearing as well as the Chief Risk Officer. Their responsibilities included managing subsidiaries related to clearing, settlement, custody, and the operation of securities. In 2015, Orly Grinfeld joined Israel Railways Ltd. as the Chief Risk Officer before returning to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in 2017 as the Executive Vice President and Head of Clearing. In this role, they also led the organization's digital assets strategy using emerging technologies such as Blockchain and Smart contracts.

Orly Grinfeld earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management, from Tel Aviv University. This educational attainment spanned from 1993 to 1996.

Following this, Orly pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, again with a focus on General Management, from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. This academic achievement occurred between 1997 and 1999.
