Maayan Dekel

Maayan Dekel is an experienced social worker and manager with a robust background in resilience and public health. Currently, Maayan serves as a Social Worker at the Israel Tauma Coalition since March 2021 and is also the Marketing and Administration Manager at Tel Aviv University since June 2020. Previous roles include Human Resources Coordinator at the Kadima Association and Senior Consultant at Atiya C-100, both in 2019, as well as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at the International Center for Functional Resilience from October 2018 to September 2019. Maayan holds a Master of Social Work from Sapir College and a Master of Public Health in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from Tel Aviv University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Tel-Hai College.
