Karen Horning

Karen joined the Tel Hai team in 2017 and is responsible for the successful operation of the health care center, personal care, adult day services, residential living facilities, culinary services and for ensuring high-quality resident care in accordance with their mission. Karen began her career in long-term care at Tel Hai in the early 1980s, served 22 years at Garden Spot Village during their development and growth, and then returned to the Tel Hai family. She is passionate about serving elders with excellence. Karen earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from Millersville University and a master’s degree in professional counseling from Liberty University.
