Debra Fowler

Debra Fowler is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in product management and development across various sectors, including healthcare and technology. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at Teladoc Health, Debra previously held the position of Chief Product Officer at Uprise Health, where oversight of a product organization led to significant revenue growth and the development of a cohesive SaaS platform. Prior roles include Director of Product Management at RxBenefits, where strategic product initiatives and team leadership resulted in enhanced user experience and operational efficiency, as well as Vice President of Product Management at ProctorU, where successful partnerships with Google increased proctored exam numbers.
