Emily Gniatczyk

Emily Gniatczyk is a licensed professional counselor with a diverse background in client services and customer relationship management. Currently serving as a Technical Operator and Client Services Representative at Teladoc Health since 2021, Emily focuses on customer retention and resolving strategic client concerns. Prior experience includes serving as a Client Success Coordinator at GoLeanSixSigma.com, where relationship development and managing sensitive customer records were key responsibilities. Emily also held a role in Business Development at Republic Business Credit, LLC, concentrating on lead generation and customer strategy. Earlier experience includes a Career Services Intern position at the University of Illinois at Chicago and working as a Line Therapist for Instructional ABA Consultants, specializing in in-home care for children with Autism. Emily holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Sport and Health Psychology from Adler University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago.
