Michael Palcich

Michael Palcich has extensive experience in client services and data analytics, currently serving as the Director of Client Data Insights and Analytics at Teladoc Health since August 2019. In addition to this role, Michael has held positions such as Director of Client Services, Client Services Manager, and Client Services Supervisor within the same organization. Prior to Teladoc Health, Michael worked at Mercuri International from October 2007 to July 2019 as a Consultant specializing in Human Resources and Customer Service. Michael's career began at the University of Alberta as a Residence Manager from July 2005 to July 2006. Academically, Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology from Bishop's University, where studies also included Mathematics, completed from 2000 to 2004.
