Siddarth Ponnala

Siddarth Ponnala Ph.D. currently serves as the Lead for Clinical Quality Improvement at Teladoc Health and as a Senior Adjunct Faculty member in the Department of Information Technology at St. Francis College, instructing graduate-level courses in Information Systems and Business Analysis. With extensive experience as a Human Factors Engineer and a Managing Consultant, Siddarth has contributed to various organizations, including Froedtert Health, Infinite Intuition, and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, focusing on process improvement and user-centered design in healthcare and technology sectors. Siddarth holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master of Science from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
