Lead Network Technician at Telaid

Matthew Tidmore has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Matthew is currently employed as a Lead Network Technician at Telaid Industries, Inc. starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Maintenance Technician at International Component Repair from January 2014 to January 2015. Matthew also served as a CH-46E Aircraft Mechanic at DynCorp International from December 2012 to December 2013. Matthew's longest tenure was with USASOC, where they held multiple roles. Matthew started as an MH-47G Maintenance Team Lead in June 2006, then became a Maintenance Supervisor from June 2008 to February 2009, and finally served as an MH-47G Quality Control Technical Inspector from February 2009 to November 2012. In their role at USASOC, Matthew was responsible for managing the airworthiness of 16 MH-47G aircraft, supervising maintenance personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety and record management protocols. Prior to that, they had a stint in the U.S. Army, where they served as a CH-47D Flight Crewmember from March 2005 to June 2006, and as a CH-47D Aircraft Mechanic from May 2004 to March 2005. In these positions, Matthew was involved in cargo loading, conducting inspections, and performing aircraft servicing.

Matthew Tidmore obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of West Georgia, completing their studies from 2016 to 2020. Matthew then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Cybersecurity and Business Intelligence at the same university from 2021 to 2022. In addition to their degrees, Matthew also obtained several certifications, including CCNA, CyberOps Associate, DevNet Associate, and CCNA: Enterprise Networking, Security, and Automation, from Cisco. Matthew also achieved the President's List distinction at the University of West Georgia in 2020 and holds an FAA A&P Certificate from 2010.
