Carlyn Brown

Carlyn Brown has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Carlyn began their career at Trusted Shops in 2010, where they worked as an Intern and later as an HR Administrator. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Local and Regional Talent Development Assistant at the same company. In 2014, Carlyn joined Armstrong World Industries as an HR Manager, a role they held until 2017. During this time, they gained valuable experience in HR management. Carlyn then worked as a Freelance Sound Engineer at BeiGene from 2017 to 2019. Since 2020, they have been employed at Telamon Corporation, starting as an HR Senior Manager before being promoted to the role of Regional HR Director in June 2022. In their current position, Carlyn focuses on conducting surveys, interpreting policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Carlyn Brown obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Munich Business School, completing their studies from 2013 to 2016.
