Currently a partner at Delta Training, s.r.o. and a coach and therapist at Systemikaonline.cz, Jaroslav has conducted thousands of individual consultations and extensive training programs focused on personal development and effective communication. Previously, Jaroslav co-owned Extima, where they led change projects and soft skills training, and managed business operations for Pelikan Zürich. Jaroslav holds a degree in engineering technology from České vysoké učení technické in Prague and further studied business and management at the European Business School.
