ILLAYARAJA M has worked in the software engineering industry since 2010. ILLAYARAJA began their career at Sasken as a Software Engineer. ILLAYARAJA then moved to Diametriq as a Senior Software Developer in 2012. In 2014, they joined Nokia Networks as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2018, they became the R&D Lead at Telaverge Communications.

ILLAYARAJA M completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from the Golden Valley Institute of Technology between 2007 and 2010.
