Gislaine G. has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the DHO at Telavita since June 2022, where responsibilities include catalyzing organizational change and facilitating the design of integrated management models. Previously, Gislaine held leadership roles at NPBR - Neil Patel Brasil, Fundep, and Blip, focusing on talent management, cultural transformation, and strategic business alignment.
