Jacques Edouarzin, MBA has a strong background in customer relations and services, with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Jacques started their career at Thermo Orion Research in 1989 as an International Customer Service Supervisor. After nine years with the company, Jacques moved to Telco Systems in 1998, where they held various roles. Jacques initially served as a Customer Relation Manager for the South West U.S., Canada, and LATAM regions. In 2017, Jacques was promoted to Director of Customer Relations & Services, a position they currently hold at Telco Systems. Throughout their career, Jacques has demonstrated a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Jacques Edouarzin, MBA, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Northeastern University in the years 1998 to 2001. Jacques further pursued their education and recently completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Fitchburg State University, which is expected to be conferred in 2022.
