David Tomlinson

David Tomlinson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. David is currently working at Telcom as the SVP of ISP Operations since January 2023. Prior to their current role, they served as the Vice President Operations for Telcom Networks starting in February 2022.

Before joining Telcom, David founded Harben Property Investment Ltd in February 2020, where they served as the Director and Founder.

David also has experience working at Hyperoptic Ltd., where they held the position of Director of Field Operations from February 2015 to January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Field Engineering and Logistics from November 2013 to February 2015.

Before joining Hyperoptic Ltd., David worked at AVC Group as the Head of Field Operations from October 2011 to July 2013. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks including delivering excellent customer service, resource planning, and meeting commercial requirements.

David started their career at Sky in January 2009, where they held two different roles. David first served as the Continuous Improvement Manager for Supply Chain from January 2009 to April 2010, responsible for deploying Lean Six Sigma and managing continuous improvement initiatives. David later became the Programme Delivery Manager from April 2010 to October 2011, overseeing the delivery of the people-focused elements of the Supply Chain vision and managing stakeholder communication.

David Tomlinson completed a Professional Certificate in Business Management from Nottingham Trent University from 2006 to 2007. David then pursued further education from 2009 to 2010 and obtained a Black Belt Lean Six Sigma degree from Claudius Consulting, specializing in Six Sigma.
