Martin Lippiatt

Martin Lippiatt is a seasoned Training Manager with extensive experience in telecommunications training and product management. Currently at TelcoSwitch since January 2021, Martin designs and delivers training programs for a diverse audience, including customers, channel partners, and staff. Prior to this, Martin held the role of Training Manager at Gradwell from November 2011 to January 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing product lifecycle management and developing strategic product visions. Martin's career began at Virgin Mobile UK, where responsibilities included training facilitation and customer service leadership, and further included training roles at Big Fish Ltd., enhancing staff knowledge and service quality.
