Fatma Ashraf

Fatma Ashraf is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a People Partner at Telda since October 2024. Previously, Fatma held multiple roles at Halan, including Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, from August 2021 to October 2024. Earlier experience includes positions as Customer Experience Team Leader and Talent Management Coordinator at AIESEC in Egypt from 2020 to 2021. Fatma holds a Bachelor's degree in Languages and Translation with a focus on HR from both Modern Sciences and Arts University and the University of Bedfordshire, completed between 2017 and 2021, alongside a High School Diploma from Orouba Languages School.
