Tova Charles possesses extensive experience in technical support and writing, starting as a Senior SMB Collections Coordinator at Dell Financial Services, where responsibilities included managing escalated issues for delinquent accounts. Tova transitioned to technical roles, notably serving as a Technical Writer Intern at ShoreTel and a Technical Writer/IT Intern at CLV Campus Living Villages, focusing on documentation and IT support.
