Fredrik Landén has extensive experience in sales and customer operations, beginning in 1990 with Ljudcenter Halmstad as a salesperson focused on home electronics sales and installation. This was followed by a role at Telenor Sverige AB, where Fredrik worked in consumer and corporate sales of mobile and fixed telephony solutions. From 2002 to 2007, Fredrik managed operations at Elgiganten, serving as Store Manager and Sales Leader, overseeing store performance, budgets, and staff development across locations in Göteborg and Halmstad. Since June 2007, Fredrik has been with Tele2, progressively taking on roles such as Commission & Incentive Steering Manager for Sales Mass Market and CO Sales Manager Promoline/T2C Consumer Sales & Delivery, ensuring sales efficiency and positive customer experiences in inbound customer service and sales segments. Additionally, Fredrik has held roles focused on quality management and customer lifecycle responsibilities within Tele2.
