Jenifer Blanche

Jenifer Blanche is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner and formerly as an HR Support Generalist at Tele2 since August 2019, Jenifer has developed expertise in various HR functions. Prior roles include HR and Recruitment Consultant at PÅVERKA NU, where responsibilities included managing recruitments and interim processes, and HR Consultant at Kongsberg Automotive, focusing on recruitment and HR processes for engineers. Jenifer's career also features an HR internship at Framtiden AB and earlier experiences in diverse environments, including project roles at Henkel and cultural exchange as an Au Pair with Cultural Care Au Pair. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Personnel Administration from Jönköping University, complemented by international language studies and programs.
