Kristina Indreikaite

Kristina Indreikaite is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in evaluating organizational needs and creating effective learning strategies. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Lead at Tele2 since August 2023, Kristina develops and implements company-wide learning initiatives, manages the Learning Management System, and oversees performance management processes. Prior to this role, Kristina was the Head of Learning and Development at Softeq, where responsibilities included coordinating internal training and collaborating with teams to assess development needs. Kristina's career at Western Union spanned six years, during which various roles included Training Manager, Senior Learning Experience Designer, and Instructional Designer, all focused on enhancing training programs and materials for a large employee base. Academically, Kristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Translation from Vilnius University and participated in an Erasmus Exchange Program at Universidad de Almería for English Studies.
