Rebecka Lindvall

Rebecka Lindvall has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in total rewards and global mobility across multiple leading organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Group Reward and Recognition at Tele2 since 2018, Rebecka previously held significant roles at SWECO, Nasdaq, Tieto, and Cable & Wireless, where responsibilities included designing incentive programs, managing executive compensation, and overseeing global mobility processes. Rebecka has also implemented global salary review processes and contributed to market data reporting and analysis. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Labour Relations from Linköping University, with additional studies at The Philipp University of Marburg, Lund University, and Carlforsska Skolan.
