Russ Arjal MD, AGAF has a comprehensive work experience in the field of gastroenterology. Russ is currently a Co-Founder at Telebelly Health, a role they took on in August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Physician at Central Coast Gastroenterology from August 2021 to March 2022. From September 2019 to August 2021, they served as a Physician at Gastro Health and also held the position of Vice President of Clinical Affairs from September 2019 to June 2020. Additionally, they have a significant tenure at Puget Sound Gastroenterology where they were a Physician Partner & Vice President from July 2008 to September 2019. In this role, they demonstrated expertise in clinical practice as well as administrative leadership, overseeing a large gastroenterology group and spearheading various initiatives such as the development of clinical service lines, a successful GI hospitalist program, and quality assurance program.
Russ Arjal MD, AGAF completed their Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience at Pomona College from 1993 to 1997. Russ then attended Albert Einstein College of Medicine and obtained their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree between 1998 and 2002. From 2002 to 2005, Russ Arjal MD, AGAF completed their Internship and residency in the Internal Medicine Residency Program at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Subsequently, they pursued their specialization in Gastroenterology at the same institution, completing it from 2005 to 2008.
